Help arrives after the emergency
The hotel night is tonight. The transfer, though, goes out in three days, once the file is approved.
You open an envelope in the name of the person supported, with their account and their card, as soon as cover is decided. It can only be spent on the expenditure planned, with the providers you selected, for the duration of the help. You see each payment the moment it happens, and the balance returns to the file.
Amounts given as examples.
The starting point
They have nothing to do with the goodwill of your teams. It is the circuit that is badly laid out.

They pay out of pocket, keep the receipts, fill in a form. Those who do not have the €300.00 give up.
A sum paid into a current account gets spent outside the cover. You can neither see it nor refuse it.
You do not have to watch expenses one by one: whatever falls outside the frame is refused at the moment of payment.
€300.00 for emergency accommodation, €80.00 for journeys, adjustable while the help lasts.
Hotels, carriers, pharmacies: your approved providers, or categories of merchants.
Three nights, a week, the time it takes to rehouse. After the end date, nothing more goes out.
A card in the app as soon as it is activated, a physical card if the help lasts, cash withdrawals or not.
Setting up
The timeline is set in the first conversation, depending on the number of beneficiaries and the exchanges with your information system.
The file is approved under your rules. An account is opened in the name of the person supported.
Amount, providers, duration, means of payment. They apply before every expense.
In the app, within minutes. The person pays for the hotel tonight, without paying anything upfront.
Every payment in real time in the file. The unspent balance returns to the funder at closing.
On the accounting side, each payment arrives with its amount, its supplier, its date and the rule applied. Your exports can be used as they are for closing and for an audit.
An assistance service, a discretionary grant and an insurance indemnity are three distinct things. Earmarking an indemnity is not offered here. The scope covered and the applicable obligations are confirmed before any proposal.
